Cancellation Policy — Flight Fares Now

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and changes work for bookings made through Flight Fares Now. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Airline Rules Apply First

Flight Fares Now acts solely as an intermediary between you and the operating airline. Any cancellation, date change, rerouting, or reissuance is strictly subject to the fare rules of the operating airline and any penalties they impose. We cannot waive or override an airline's fare conditions.

2. Restricted & Promotional Fares

Certain promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or heavily restricted.
Before booking, please review the fare type — the flexibility of your ticket depends entirely on the fare you choose.

3. How to Cancel or Change a Booking

You may request a cancellation or change at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. The earlier you contact us, the more options are usually available.
Cancellation and change fees may apply, and any refund will be at the discretion of Flight Fares Now and the operating airline, in line with the applicable fare rules.
Where an airline permits a change, any fare difference and reissue charges are payable by you.

4. No-Show

If you do not board your flight and have not cancelled in advance, you may incur full loss of the ticket value or additional penalties, depending on the fare rules of the operating airline.

5. Denied Boarding & Airline Cancellations

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee travel. If an airline denies boarding or cancels a flight, we may refund a portion of the amount paid, subject to the airline's policies. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable cancellation, service, or processing fees.

6. Service Fees

Service fees charged by Flight Fares Now for arranging and managing your booking are generally non-refundable, even where the airline offers a refund on the fare. See our Service Fees page for details.

Tip: We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to help cover cancellations and disruptions that fall outside airline and agency policies.
